If you have not yet submitted your questionnaire, contact coldhot2sky@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. Once a questionnaire has been submitted and a practitioner has begun preparing your write-up, the order is final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical problem with your order, contact coldhot2sky@gmail.com and we will make it right.
